currently, I’ve been obsessed with music that feature lots of poppy beats and strong vocals as well as some incredible remixes and features. I’ve taken a dive back into some artists that pull me into what can only be described as nostalgia. Think miley cyrus, joan jett, the neighbourhood, billie holiday, etc. as a late nineties kid, 00’s music feels like my teen years and songs from the 60’s and 70’s remind me of the tunes that my dad shared with me as a wee babe. music has been incredibly therapeutic for me during quarantine because it has a transformative power to alter your mood in a matter of seconds.
